The 360° rooftop is available as a shared building space, with panoramic views of Medellín, greenery, and a restaurant where you can enjoy a meal or cocktail. Current rooftop and restaurant hours are provided during your stay because they may vary with operations.
Self Check-In in a Building Designed for Your Stay
Nook blends contemporary design with the historic architecture of Prado Centro. The building has an elevator, waiting area, and smart-lock access; you receive instructions and codes before arrival, so you can check in without depending on a permanent front desk.
Laundry, Parking, and Additional Services
The building has a laundry and dryer area, as well as private basement parking for COP 20,000 per night for a car and COP 10,000 per night for a motorcycle. Parking is limited and must be confirmed when booking. The current laundry price and instructions are provided directly before or during your stay.

Options for 4 or 6 guests, with two bedrooms, two full bathrooms, a kitchen, air conditioning, WiFi, bedding, and a smart lock.
3-bedroom apartment
Our largest unit, for up to 8 guests: four double beds, a full kitchen, washer, private terrace, three bathrooms, living room, and a six-seat dining table.

Included with your stay
High-speed WiFi, water, electricity and gas, welcome cleaning, bed linens, towels, and basic kitchen supplies. Every unit has a kitchen and private bathroom; its listing provides the exact equipment included.
Services with an additional charge
Parking costs COP 20,000 per night for a car and COP 10,000 per night for a motorcycle, subject to availability. Laundry and dryer use, weekly cleaning for long stays, and some special arrival or departure times may also carry a charge; we confirm the price before you request each service.
Availability and hours
Parking should be reserved in advance. Current hours for the rooftop, restaurant, and laundry area are shared during booking or upon arrival so you can plan when to use them.
Shared-space rules
Parties and events are not allowed, and smoking is prohibited inside the apartments. Quiet hours run from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM; guests must also respect shared areas and the building's neighbors.
