- Quiet hours: 10:00 PM - 7:00 AM
- No smoking inside the apartment
- Maximum guests per apartment capacity
- Respect for common areas and building neighbors
- No illegal substances allowed
Security Deposit
- Refundable deposit required at check-in
- Returned within 48 hours after check-out
- Subject to apartment inspection
- Damages or extraordinary cleaning costs will be deducted
